The Role:


The Social Media & Content Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies for a portfolio of professional-sector brands. This individual will manage content calendars, create and curate content, oversee community engagement, analyze performance metrics, and support content production initiatives. The successful candidate will understand how trust-based industries communicate and will be able to create content that feels approachable while maintaining credibility and professionalism. This role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines within a dynamic agency environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand positioning
  • Create, write, schedule, and optimize content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
  • Build content calendars, campaign plans, scripts, and shot lists for social and video content
  • Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining quality, consistency, and deadlines
  • Curate content and foster audience engagement across social channels
  • Monitor social media performance and provide reporting with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Stay informed on platform updates, trends, and best practices
  • Support content production through on-site shoot coordination and content capture when required
  • Collaborate with creative, video production, and account teams to execute successful campaigns
  • Ensure all published content maintains a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and brand consistency


Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing
  • Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and audience growth
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations
  • Highly organized with excellent project and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Professional and confident communicator capable of managing stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Experience within real estate, financial services, insurance, non-profit, or other regulated industries is considered an asset
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or paid social campaigns is considered an asset
