The Role:


The Senior Advertising Manager is responsible for leading advanced advertising strategies across Amazon’s ecosystem, with ownership of several high-impact accounts. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic advisory work, acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders while collaborating closely with internal teams. The position plays a key role in shaping account strategy, uncovering insights from data, and advancing best practices in retail media performance.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead execution and optimization of Amazon advertising across sponsored ads, DSP, and related platforms
  • Own strategy, performance, and budget alignment for assigned ecommerce accounts
  • Develop and present strategic insights, reviews, and performance updates to senior stakeholders
  • Design and manage full-funnel media plans from awareness through conversion
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns using quantitative performance data
  • Drive testing and experimentation across formats, creatives, and tactics
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on Amazon advertising trends, tools, and best practices
  • Support smooth onboarding and transition of new accounts


Requirements:


  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads within Seller or Vendor Central
  • Proven expertise across sponsored ads and DSP environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation tools
  • Excellent written, verbal, and client communication skills
  • Deep understanding of Amazon reporting, performance metrics, and optimization levers
  • Experience with advanced measurement or clean room environments is an asset
