The Role:
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring that marketing plans are delivered effectively and produce tangible outcomes. Acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, the Marketing Manager will oversee day-to-day client relationships while coordinating internal teams across creative, digital, and analytics functions. Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts from planning through to execution and reporting
- Act as the main point of contact, leading regular updates and maintaining clear communication
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of work
- Develop and manage timelines, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Monitor budgets and media spend, ensuring accurate pacing and financial oversight
- Review reports and presentations, providing insights and actionable recommendations
- Identify risks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Test and optimise campaign initiatives, sharing learnings with internal teams
- Utilise AI tools to improve efficiency and enhance output
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, account management, or client services, preferably within an agency
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media, SEO, email, and social
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and campaign delivery
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows
