Digital Marketing Manager

This is not your typical agency role.


You won’t be juggling 15–20 clients, chasing billables, or sitting in endless status meetings. Instead, you’ll take ownership of a small number of brands and operate as an extension of their team, driving real growth across the full marketing mix.


This is a Brisbane-based digital agency that does things differently. They work on a flat rate, all-inclusive retainer model, allowing their team to focus purely on delivering quality outcomes rather than upselling or managing scope creep. As a result, they partner closely with a select group of brands and consistently produce high-quality work.


The role

You’ll take ownership of 3–4 brands, managing their marketing end-to-end.

This is a true 50/50 role, combining strategy and hands-on execution.


Your day-to-day will include:


  • Developing and presenting growth strategies across multiple channels
  • Planning and executing campaigns across Meta, Google, email and web
  • Analysing performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
  • Working closely with designers and content teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Managing marketing calendars aligned to business objectives
  • Reporting on performance and communicating next steps with clients


You’ll effectively operate as a Marketing Manager for each brand you work on.


What you’ll bring

  • 3–6 years experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Strong hands-on experience across Meta and Google Ads
  • Exposure to CRM/email marketing (Klaviyo or similar is ideal)
  • Understanding of eCommerce and conversion optimisation
  • Ability to think beyond channels and connect the full marketing funnel
  • Confident communicating with stakeholders and presenting ideas
  • A genuine interest in marketing and continuous learning
