As online ordering has become a significant revenue stream for restaurant brands, operators are increasingly faced with fragmented systems, operational inefficiencies, and limited visibility into performance.


Their platform is designed to give restaurant operators clearer insight into their business by centralizing key operational and financial data. By leveraging automation and intelligent analytics, they enable restaurants to monitor financial performance in real time, streamline accounting workflows, improve order accuracy, and quickly identify operational issues. The platform also provides teams with actionable feedback to help improve performance across locations.



The Role

They are seeking an experienced Partnerships Leader to help expand their presence within the restaurant industry. This individual will play a critical role in establishing and growing strategic relationships with leading restaurant brands and industry partners. The role focuses on identifying new partnership opportunities, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers, and guiding partners through the entire lifecycle from initial conversations through to successful implementation. Working closely with internal teams, including implementation and onboarding specialists, this person will help ensure partner organizations successfully adopt the platform and generate measurable value from the relationship.


This position is ideal for someone with strong industry connections, commercial instincts, and the ability to translate partnerships into long-term revenue growth.



The Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with prominent restaurant brands and key organizations within the industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers at partner organizations
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and relationship development through negotiation, agreement, and launch
  • Work closely with the implementation team to ensure partner organizations are successfully onboarded and trained on the platform
  • Oversee ongoing partner relationships and identify opportunities to expand engagement and increase revenue
  • Develop partnership strategies that support overall business objectives and revenue targets
  • Monitor partner performance and collaborate internally to optimize outcomes for both parties


The Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Established network and relationships across restaurant brands or related industry organizations
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships that drive measurable business growth
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to guide deals through to completion
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on achieving revenue goals and delivering results
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including implementation, operations, and leadership
  • Based in or willing to work from San Francisco
