Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex software implementation projects from initiation to go-live
• Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams to meet project milestones
• Own project estimations, plans, and commercial outcomes
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle day-to-day communication
• Monitor project performance, resourcing, and stakeholder expectations
• Manage risks, resolve issues proactively, and escalate when needed
• Contribute to presales including workshops, estimates, and proposal development
• Work closely with internal and external legal teams on contract reviews
• Provide regular reporting and delivery metrics to clients and leadership
• Champion continuous improvement and contribute to delivery practice evolution
• Assist with recruitment and team development in collaboration with Delivery leadership
• Travel within ANZ as required to support delivery outcomes

• Proven experience delivering enterprise software projects (Agile and Waterfall)
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage at executive level
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and customer-focused mindset
• Skilled in performance management and mentoring project team members
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking
• Experience in software delivery environments (insurance industry advantageous)
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes in fast-paced environments
• Values feedback, growth, and collaboration
• Understanding of information security and compliance requirements
