The Role:


A well-established recruitment partner is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join the London-based team. This role is critical to the revenue engine, focusing on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality leads for the wider sales organisation. The position offers hands-on exposure to best-in-class sales development practices, alongside the opportunity to experiment with creative prospecting strategies and grow quickly within a high-growth SaaS environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads to support pipeline growth
  • Conduct outbound outreach via cold calling, email campaigns, and social channels
  • Lead initial discovery conversations and qualify prospects against key criteria
  • Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and meetings for sales partners
  • Engage prospects to understand business needs and clearly communicate value propositions
  • Collaborate with sales teammates on targeted account and outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate activity, lead, and pipeline data within HubSpot


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or sales development, ideally within retail media or ad tech
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and sales tools
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Ability to work from the London office 3–4 days per week
