The Role:
Our client is seeking a Finance Analyst to join this high-performing finance team in Bellevue. The role plays a key part in financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic insight, translating complex operational and revenue data into clear, actionable guidance for senior leadership. This opportunity suits an analytically minded professional who thrives in a high-growth SaaS environment and enjoys building scalable finance processes alongside cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, with a focus on usage-based and recurring revenue
- Analyse revenue trends, cost drivers, gross margins, unit economics, and customer-level metrics
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting for leadership and investors
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams across multiple regions
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights to improve financial and operational performance
- Support cash flow forecasting, expense management, and budget versus actual analysis
- Contribute to dashboards, financial systems, automation, and executive-level reporting
- Assist with monthly close, forecasting cycles, and cross-regional data validation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, investment banking, or similar
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modelling skills
- Experience with financial systems, CRM, and BI tools
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
- Experience in SaaS, B2B, or high-growth environments is preferred
- Familiarity with usage-based revenue, SaaS metrics, SQL, or data tools is an asset
- Fluency in Mandarin is a big bonus but not a necessity
