Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and sales team enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Generate accurate sales orders and invoices within tight deadlines.
  • Support forecasting and pipeline management aligned with company revenue targets.
  • Validate sales orders and quotes against Salesforce records.
  • Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure fulfilment readiness.
  • Manage lead times, stock availability, and shipping schedules.
  • Maintain compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations.
  • Coordinate Proof-of-Concept (POC) dispatch and return of loan equipment.
  • Assist with Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) processes.
  • Uphold Salesforce data accuracy and process hygiene.
  • Support sales teams in process adherence and continuous improvement.
  • Provide insights and feedback on operational performance.


Desired Skills and Attributes

  • 2–3 years' experience in revenue operations, sales support or customer order management.
  • Previous exposure to the technology product industry highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
  • Clear communicator with effective written and verbal skills.
  • Capable of managing competing priorities and concurrent tasks.
  • Works autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace preferred.
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
