The Role
The Senior Brand Designer will lead the creation of visually powerful and strategically grounded brand identities for digital-first, growth-oriented companies. This person will play a key role in shaping how brands look, feel, and communicate across every touchpoint. They’ll collaborate closely with strategists, creatives, and client partners to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives that resonate with audiences and strengthen brand presence in competitive markets.
The Responsibilities

Lead Brand Development: Drive the creation and evolution of brand identity systems that align with strategic goals and market positioning.

Research & Insight: Analyze competitors, trends, and audience data to inform design direction and ensure differentiation within the B2B SaaS space.

Creative Execution: Produce refined, consistent, and high-impact design work—including visual systems, web UI, and marketing assets—that express a cohesive brand story.

Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams such as strategists, copywriters, developers, and marketers to ensure seamless integration of design across all brand channels.

Presentation & Communication: Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients, articulating rationale clearly to support strategic intent and creative direction.

Innovation & Improvement: Explore new creative methods, tools, and workflows that push the boundaries of brand storytelling and elevate design standards.

Quality Control: Uphold brand consistency across all deliverables, maintaining a balance between creative exploration and strategic integrity.
The Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in brand and digital design, ideally within an agency or in-house creative environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in brand identity systems, web and UI design, and marketing visuals for B2B or SaaS clients.
- Strong understanding of design strategy, narrative building, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
- Experience with motion graphics, iconography, and illustration is a strong advantage.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently discuss design decisions with senior stakeholders.
- A passion for continuous learning and improvement, thriving in fast-paced environments that demand both independence and teamwork.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance multiple projects while maintaining creative excellence.
