The Role
They are looking for a Director of Growth to lead strategic growth initiatives for a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts while managing and developing a high-performing team of marketing professionals. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced growth marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, client partnership, commercial leadership, and team development.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, owning growth strategies across channels including paid media, SEO, AI-driven search, lifecycle marketing, and CRM. Working closely with executive leadership, they will be responsible for delivering measurable results, expanding client relationships, and helping shape the agency's future direction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead growth strategy and execution for a portfolio of enterprise clients
- Own senior client relationships, reporting, and strategic recommendations
- Develop and oversee full-funnel marketing programs across multiple channels
- Manage account growth, renewals, budgets, and new business opportunities
- Build statements of work and support commercial planning initiatives
- Coach and mentor a team of marketers, strategists, and creatives
- Drive adoption of AI, automation, and process improvements across accounts
- Oversee CRM strategy, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance measurement
- Contribute thought leadership through content, industry insights, and market perspectives
- Collaborate with senior leadership on hiring, team development, and growth objectives
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or agency leadership roles
- Proven success leading enterprise client accounts and delivering measurable business growth
- Strong experience with B2B lead generation and e-commerce marketing
- Deep understanding of paid media, SEO, AI search, lifecycle marketing, and CRM platforms
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and AI-driven workflows
- Demonstrated people leadership and team development capabilities
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, renewals, and account expansion
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio, or similar technologies
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
