Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build and evolve sophisticated UIs for a highly complex SaaS platform
• Own frontend feature areas from concept through to delivery and long-term support
• Work closely with product and design leaders to shape how users interact with analytical tools
• Influence component libraries, accessibility standards, and frontend development processes
• Set the tone for code quality, maintainability, and scalability across a mature React ecosystem
• Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality
• Mentor and support other engineers while helping define frontend technical direction

Desired Skills and Attributes

• Extensive experience building large-scale frontend applications in a product-focused environment
• Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
• Familiarity with MobX or similar state management libraries (advantageous)
• Sound architectural thinking across component design, state management, and performance
• A user-centric mindset with the ability to influence UX decisions
• Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions balancing speed, quality, and maintainability
• Skilled in code reviews, collaboration, and setting a high bar across teams
• Experience working on long-lived products with multi-year roadmaps and real usage at scale
