The Role


They are looking for a highly creative Content Creator to serve as the driving force behind their social storytelling and visual expression. This person will shape how the brand shows up day-to-day across social platforms, creating content that feels less like marketing and more like episodic entertainment people actively want to follow.

The role blends videography, photography, editing, and narrative thinking, with a heavy emphasis on emotion, culture, and connection. From intimate documentary-style moments to fast, reactive social edits, they will turn real people, real stories, and real energy into compelling content that inspires engagement and community belonging. Working closely with senior marketing and community leads, this role plays a key part in translating brand strategy into lived, visual experiences.



The Responsibilities:


Social & Emotional Storytelling

  • Create content that sparks feeling and connection, ranging from inspiring human stories to playful, culturally relevant moments.
  • Bring authenticity to the forefront by highlighting real voices, personalities, and experiences.
  • Balance polished, cinematic storytelling with raw, platform-native content that feels natural and relatable.


Ambassador & Long-Form Content

  • Lead production of episodic, long-form video content and adapt it into short-form cutdowns for social platforms.
  • Travel as needed to capture stories in real environments.
  • Shoot with a documentary mindset, prioritizing honesty, spontaneity, and genuine moments.


Social-First Content Execution

  • Film, edit, and deliver content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging formats.
  • Produce evergreen brand and campaign assets alongside timely, culture-driven edits.
  • Build strong hooks, pacing, and narratives that stop the scroll and drive engagement.
  • Capture high-quality photography to support social, campaigns, and community initiatives.


Creative Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing and community leaders to co-create shoot concepts and content plans.
  • Contribute ideas to monthly and campaign-level planning.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, visual identity, and campaign objectives.


Community & Event Coverage

  • Attend and document community activations, partner events, and retail moments.
  • Turn live experiences into compelling social content that feels immersive and authentic.


The Requirements:


  • 5+ years of professional experience in content creation, videography, and photography.
  • Demonstrated ability to tell emotionally resonant stories through visual media.
  • Strong editing skills and the ability to translate creative direction into polished outputs.
  • Advanced understanding of composition, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling.
  • High level of technical proficiency with cameras, audio, lighting, and editing tools (such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Experience with documentary-style or branded storytelling.
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms, trends, formats, and creative best practices.
  • Bilingual in English and French, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for each audience.
  • Comfortable traveling and working on location for shoots and events.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and able to deliver both high-production pieces and fast-turnaround social content.
