This is a SaaS business in growth mode, building and delivering a configurable platform used by enterprise and mid-market customers to run critical parts of their operations.
The product is already well established, but with new client wins and ongoing platform evolution, they are looking to bring in a Senior Business Analyst who can operate at the intersection of customer, product and delivery.
This is not a passive BA role. It is hands-on, customer-facing and requires someone who can take ownership from discovery through to delivery.
The Role
You will work closely with customers to understand how they operate, what they need from the platform, and how that translates into a scalable, configurable solution.
You will be involved across:
- Running discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops
- Translating business needs into structured requirements
- Working closely with product and engineering teams on delivery
- Supporting configuration and implementation of the platform
- Driving clarity, alignment and momentum across multiple workstreams
You will be expected to think beyond documentation and contribute to how the solution actually works in practice.

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst within SaaS or technology environments
- Comfortable working directly with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured, implementable solutions
- Experience working with configurable platforms, workflows or rule-based systems
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly
- Someone who enjoys being hands-on and solving real problems
