The Role:


The Marketing Analytics Specialist will play a central role in shaping and executing the data strategy. This position involves managing analytics platforms, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights to guide business decisions. It is a hands-on opportunity blending strategy and execution, where the individual will lead performance tracking across multiple campaigns, design reporting frameworks, and provide meaningful analysis that drives growth and optimisation.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and management of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Oversee Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure accurate tracking across platforms.
  • Conduct analytics audits and implement strategies to enhance data quality.
  • Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and tracking documentation.
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources, including CRM and sales systems.
  • Analyse user behaviour, conversion funnels, and customer journeys.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives with accurate tracking and measurement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine campaign strategies.


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, with expertise in digital analytics platforms.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with GA4 implementation and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency with GTM.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and optimisation tools.
  • Understanding of customer journeys, conversion optimisation, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Google Analytics certifications or similar credentials.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Adobe considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or CRM analytics is a plus.
