A rapidly scaling AI infrastructure company, operating at the cutting edge of enterprise automation across logistics and supply chain, is making its first technical hire in Australia as it expands its operations into the region. The platform deploys intelligent AI workers that autonomously handle voice, email, and operational workflows for some of the world's largest enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with enterprise customers from onboarding through to ongoing optimisation of AI worker deployments
  • Build new features, MVPs, and scalable integrations that directly shape customer outcomes
  • Develop robust full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python
  • Design, implement, and iterate on AI/ML solutions including LLM prompt engineering, voice tuning, and transcription optimisation
  • Manage API integrations with third-party and enterprise systems to ensure seamless operational functionality
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions
  • Help establish the local go-to-market and deployment playbook alongside the Country General Manager
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines without compromising on quality

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Strong full-stack engineering background across React, TypeScript, and Node.js
  • Hands-on Python proficiency
  • Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and fine-tuning
  • Solid understanding of API management and third-party system integrations
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • A founder mindset — highly autonomous, ownership-oriented, and energised by ambiguity
  • Comfortable operating without hierarchy in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise effectively and deliver across multiple workstreams

Why Join

This is not a seat at a large company — it is the opportunity to be the architect of an entire regional operation. You will work directly with the Country General Manager to define how the platform scales in Australia, feeding learnings back into global product, and establishing the foundation for future hires. The company's AI workers are already delivering transformative results for global enterprise clients — cutting scheduling times from over a week to under 30 minutes and driving outbound sales ROI above 19x. You will be working with infrastructure that has genuine consequences and genuine impact.

Compensation is highly competitive with equity participation in a high-growth, well-funded platform backed by leading global investors. The team operates on principles of extreme ownership, craftsmanship, and first-principles thinking — and is looking for someone who holds themselves to the same standard.
