The Role:


Our client is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join the team in Hamburg. This role is responsible for ensuring enterprise customers are successfully onboarded, supported, and continuously deriving value from a sophisticated ad technology platform. Acting as a subject-matter expert, this individual will work closely with clients and internal teams to optimise adoption, identify growth opportunities, and reduce churn while helping scale client success processes globally.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise agencies and brand partners
  • Lead client onboarding and provide ongoing tactical and strategic support
  • Act as the escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Gather and relay client feedback to product teams to influence platform improvements
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to enhance client experience
  • Track engagement metrics and usage data to identify optimisation and upsell opportunities
  • Develop and maintain workflows, documentation, and client success processes
  • Support webinars, training sessions, and client education initiatives
  • Compile product reports and document issues clearly for internal stakeholders


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in client success, customer service, or a related function
  • Experience within ad tech or Amazon Ads environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional initiatives
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Fluency in both English and German
