Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead client relationships with a strong focus on paid search performance and outcomes
- Develop and execute search-first, multi-channel media strategies aligned to business objectives
- Drive measurable ROI through advanced optimisation across Google Ads and Bing
- Present campaign insights, performance results and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities through search data, keyword expansion and audience intent signals
- Lead cross-functional teams including media buyers, analysts and creatives
- Mentor junior team members, particularly in paid search best practice and optimisation techniques
- Oversee campaign execution across paid search, with supporting channels including paid social and publisher media
- Continuously optimise for lead quality, cost per acquisition and conversion rates
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies and pacing across large-scale campaigns
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards with a focus on search performance metrics and attribution
- Collaborate with wider agency teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery
Desired Skills and Attributes
- 4–6 years’ experience in performance marketing within an agency environment
- Deep expertise in paid search across Google Ads and Bing (essential)
- Strong understanding of keyword strategy, bidding models, audience targeting and conversion tracking
- Proven ability to drive lead generation and ROI through search-led strategies
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and campaign reporting
- Experience integrating search with broader digital channels
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership capability with experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
