About the Role
This role has been created to bring sharper ownership to digital performance as the business moves from a largely agency-supported model to one with stronger internal leadership, accountability and control. This is a high-impact digital performance role for someone who can combine hands-on capability with commercial authority. You will be responsible for lifting the standard of digital performance across the business, ensuring campaigns are properly briefed, measured, optimised and challenged.

Qualifications
You will be a hands-on digital performance specialist who can operate strategically, but still has the technical credibility to get into the detail when required. You may come from an agency, in-house performance marketing, lead generation, SaaS, education, property, professional services, B2B marketing or another high-consideration acquisition environment.
