The Role:


A strategic and analytical Growth Marketing Manager is sought to lead lifecycle and retention marketing initiatives. This role will focus on designing and executing personalised, automated customer journeys that keep users informed, engaged, and returning to the platform. Working closely with product, clinical, and marketing teams, this individual will build lifecycle programmes from the ground up—leveraging channels such as email, SMS, in-app messaging, and retargeting to optimise the customer experience. This position offers the opportunity to shape the lifecycle marketing function within a growing digital health organisation and make a direct impact on customer engagement and retention.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels
  • Build onboarding, nurture, education, retention, upsell, and win-back campaigns
  • Map key customer touchpoints across the product and clinical journey
  • Lead experimentation through structured A/B testing and performance analysis
  • Analyse cohort, funnel, and LTV data to guide optimisation efforts
  • Establish and maintain CRM workflows, triggers, and event tracking
  • Create clear, supportive lifecycle messaging and high-performing copy
  • Translate complex clinical information into accessible patient-friendly content
  • Collaborate with product, clinical, and marketing teams to align messaging
  • Maintain deliverability, privacy, and HIPAA-aligned communication standards
  • Build dashboards and report on lifecycle performance and key growth metrics


Requirements:


  • 6+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or retention marketing
  • Experience within consumer technology, digital health, or high-growth startups
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting lifecycle and funnel data
  • User- focused mindset
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and lifecycle tools such as Iterable or similar platforms
  • Experience building automated lifecycle journeys across multiple channels
  • Strong copywriting ability and experience creating customer-facing messaging
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks and campaign optimisation
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments
