The Role
They are looking for a versatile and creatively minded Marketing Manager to take ownership of the company's marketing function and help bring its evolving brand to life.
The role will span brand strategy, digital marketing, social media, content, creative direction, sales enablement, events, and customer experience. They will play a central role in establishing a consistent visual and verbal identity across all customer touchpoints while helping shape how products are positioned and presented in the market.
Working closely with senior leadership, sales teams, external creative partners, dealers, architects, designers, and end customers, they will operate in a highly collaborative environment with significant autonomy and visibility.
The Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and maintain an integrated marketing plan covering campaigns, product launches, promotions, and ongoing communications.
- Manage the organization's social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Plan and execute email marketing initiatives and ongoing digital communications.
- Coordinate marketing activity around industry events, public relations, and paid media.
- Ensure external sales representatives and partners remain aligned with upcoming marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Brand, Creative & Content
- Help lead the implementation of the evolving brand identity across digital and physical channels.
- Develop and oversee marketing materials including brochures, product guides, specification documents, portfolios, and other brand collateral.
- Coordinate creative production from initial concept through to final delivery and print.
- Develop compelling product photography, lifestyle imagery, written content, and other visual assets.
- Maintain a consistent creative standard across all communications and customer-facing materials.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop and maintain collections of fabrics, finishes, colours, and related product materials.
Sales & Product Marketing
- Act as the primary marketing partner for sales representatives, dealers, and external sales organizations.
- Create presentations, promotional materials, sales tools, and other resources that support business development.
- Manage the marketing component of new product introductions, ensuring required content and collateral are ready for launch.
- Work closely with sales and leadership teams to identify opportunities for stronger product positioning and market communication.
Digital Experience & Creative Direction
- Establish and maintain the company's visual direction across its website, social platforms, print materials, showrooms, and other customer touchpoints.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the website and digital customer journey, with a focus on usability, discovery, and engagement.
- Develop creative concepts for trade shows, showrooms, displays, and customer-facing environments.
- Work directly with architects and designers and act as a key marketing connection to the broader A&D community.
- Provide creative and marketing input into product development and presentation where appropriate.
The Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in a marketing, brand, creative, or related role.
- A strong visual sensibility and an ability to recognize and execute high-quality creative work.
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing activity across multiple channels, particularly social media, email, web, and physical collateral.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint and social media or digital marketing platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication skills and a highly detail-oriented approach.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior leaders, sales teams, creative partners, and external stakeholders.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the confidence to take ownership rather than wait for direction.
