The Role


They are seeking a Social Media & Content Manager who can merge creativity with analytics to elevate their online presence. The individual will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, building community engagement, and ensuring consistency across all digital platforms. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, has a strong pulse on cultural and digital trends, and knows how to balance long-term brand building with measurable performance outcomes.



The Responsibilities


  • Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, aligned with business objectives and audience growth goals.
  • Lead experimentation in new formats, platforms, and community-driven initiatives.
  • Manage editorial calendars to ensure alignment with launches, seasonal campaigns, and broader marketing activations.
  • Oversee content creation in partnership with internal teams and external collaborators, ensuring quality and consistency across all platforms.
  • Develop briefs and guide the production of copy, visuals, and video assets that bring the brand’s personality to life.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all social channels.
  • Foster two-way conversations by engaging with followers, responding to messages, and nurturing a positive community.
  • Monitor trends, algorithms, and industry shifts to proactively adapt strategies.
  • Collaborate with PR, influencer, and e-commerce teams to amplify campaigns and maximize brand exposure.
  • Track and analyze key metrics—such as engagement, reach, growth, and conversion—and provide insights to improve content performance.


The Requirements


  • 3–5+ years of experience in social media and content marketing, ideally in premium fashion, lifestyle, or athletic industries.
  • Strong background in copy development and ability to adapt tone across different platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they enhance content visibility.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using insights and reporting to shape strategy.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for creative storytelling, visual content, and brand building in a digital-first world.
