The Role

They are seeking an experienced B2B product marketer to help translate complex technology into clear and compelling value for healthcare organizations. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across the product portfolio at an important stage of growth.


Working closely with leaders across Product, Sales, and Demand Generation, this individual will play a key role in shaping how the company communicates its value to provider groups and health systems. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution and offers the opportunity to help build and scale the product marketing function.


This position is well suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and approaches their product area with a high degree of ownership and accountability.



The Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a unified messaging and positioning framework that resonates with healthcare stakeholders such as operations leaders, practice managers, and clinicians
  • Lead cross-functional product launches, defining go-to-market strategy, success metrics, and required assets alongside Product, Sales, and Demand Generation teams
  • Build and manage customer proof initiatives including case studies, testimonials, and ROI-focused content that supports the sales process
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as pitch narratives, competitive battlecards, product collateral, and objection-handling resources
  • Collaborate with Product and revenue leadership on pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies to support growth
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity to inform market strategy and positioning
  • Help establish internal processes and frameworks that support the development of a growing product marketing function



The Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing within a sales-led growth environment
  • Proven experience owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for complex technology products
  • Experience marketing products to non-technical buyers or operational decision-makers
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced or early-stage environments while collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills across written, verbal, and visual formats
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to translate product complexity into clear customer value
  • Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, or Looker
  • Experience using presentation or design tools such as Slides or Figma
  • Experience within healthcare providers, EHR ecosystems, regulated industries, or AI-driven platforms is considered a plus
