As the company continues to grow, they are seeking an Internal Systems Specialist to support the smooth operation and evolution of internal platforms that empower every department.


The Role


The Internal Systems Specialist acts as the vital link between teams and technology, ensuring internal systems remain effective, user-friendly, and continuously optimized. This role blends coordination, communication, and light automation to enhance system usability and adoption. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and highly collaborative—capable of managing feedback, documenting requirements, testing updates, and supporting team members through clear communication and training.


Responsibilities


  • Serve as the main point of contact for system feedback, bug reports, and enhancement requests.
  • Meet with internal teams to clarify issues, define requirements, and translate feedback into actionable Jira tickets.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to prioritize, test, and validate system updates.
  • Identify and implement small-scale automations or integrations using no-code or low-code tools.
  • Prepare clear release notes, user communications, and training materials to support adoption of new features.
  • Deliver demos and short training sessions for system updates or new functionality.
  • Maintain detailed process documentation, system guides, and change logs aligned with live environments.
  • Gather post-launch feedback and usage data to drive continuous improvement.


Requirements


  • 3–5 years of experience in systems coordination, business analysis, or product support.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose process or system inefficiencies.
  • Experience using Jira or similar task management tools.
  • Understanding of relational databases and data structures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.


Nice to Have


  • Experience with no-code or low-code automation tools.
  • Exposure to workflow testing, UI/UX principles, or product design collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting platforms.
