The Role

They are seeking a driven and execution-focused Partnerships Manager to support and advance their partnerships function. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, this role centers on turning partnership strategy into action. The Partnerships Manager plays a critical role in sourcing new opportunities, initiating conversations with priority partners, and helping manage and grow high-value relationships. This is a hands-on position suited for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, managing details, and operating effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.


The Responsibilities

  • Identify and map key decision-makers and stakeholders across relevant partner organizations and internal business units.
  • Develop and manage structured outreach efforts across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, and in-person or virtual events.
  • Support ongoing partner relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and coordination with senior partnership leadership.
  • Assist in the rollout and execution of partnership initiatives, ensuring internal teams are enabled and external collaborators are aligned.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to support partner-facing programs and ensure consistency in objectives and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, opportunities, and progress within CRM or internal tracking tools.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable processes and best practices for outreach, relationship management, and partnership execution.


The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is considered an asset.
  • 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development within technology or e-commerce environments.
  • 1–3 years of experience working in or alongside retail media is required.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying key contacts and executing outreach strategies that lead to productive engagement.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Prior experience working directly for or in close partnership with Amazon is required.
