Construction Manager – Industrial Project

Location: Quapaw, Oklahoma

Duration: 6–8 Month Contract

Schedule: 50 hours/week (Overtime paid at 1.5x)

Work Type: Fully On-Site

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a multi-building industrial construction project in Quapaw, OK. This role will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, including both retrofit work and new construction, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction across multiple buildings, including retrofit and new build scopes
• Manage daily site operations, subcontractors, and field personnel
• Ensure adherence to project schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, and client teams
• Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and conflicts
• Conduct regular site meetings, progress reporting, and schedule updates
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all site policies
• Review and approve work plans, RFIs, and change orders

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Construction Management on large-scale industrial projects
• Experience overseeing complex, multi-scope construction efforts (retrofit + new build preferred)
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management experience
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and field execution
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• OSHA 30 preferred
