Senior Project Manager – Data Center Energy Projects

Location: Remote or Hybrid (preferably commutable to New York City or Oakland, CA)

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead design and construction of advanced energy systems supporting data centers—including behind-the-meter microgrids, gas-fired generation, and solar + storage projects. This role oversees full EPC delivery and ensures projects meet technical, schedule, and regulatory goals.

You’ll coordinate with utilities, regulatory agencies, and contractors, manage site construction, and serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders. The position requires a blend of technical knowledge, leadership, and strong communication to ensure successful execution of complex, mission-critical infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing EPC activities for large-scale energy or data center projects
• Background in power generation, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and microgrid projects
• Strong understanding of permitting, compliance, and utility coordination
• Proven ability to deliver high-value projects on time and within budget
