QA/QC Inspector- Facility Project

• Duration: Approximately 6 weeks

Required Qualifications

Certifications

• NACE Certification - Current and valid NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers) certification required
• Must maintain certification throughout contract duration

Technical Skills

• Weld Maps - Proficient in reading, interpreting, and creating weld maps
• Bluebeam - Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam software for document markup, review, and collaboration

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of QA/QC inspection experience
• Experience with industrial inspection processes and procedures
• Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and specifications
• Understanding of material specifications and acceptance criteria

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality inspections in accordance with project specifications
• Review and interpret technical drawings, weld maps, and project documentation
• Utilize Bluebeam software for document management and markup
• Perform visual inspections and coordinate additional testing as required
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
• Communicate findings and recommendations to project management
• Ensure compliance with NACE standards and industry best practices
• Collaborate with construction and engineering teams
• Prepare inspection reports and documentation

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in industrial environments
• Capability to access confined spaces and elevated work areas
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
