Salary - circa £60K per annum + bonus of up to £20K per annum

This opportunity would suit an experienced, Nurse qualified Home Manager who has managed elderly Nursing Homes previously and with experience of nurturing a team and improving CQC ratings.

What you'll do as Home Manager: Be responsible for the safe, happy, efficient and cost effective day to day running of the Home, Leading the Home’s operations and activities according to its registration status and conditions, in compliance with legal requirements to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents, Developing, promoting and maintaining high standards of care and services, where residents are safe and well protected at all times, Developing, implementing and maintaining the systems and structures needed to run the Home in the interests of residents, Driving the commercial health of the Home, developing and managing effectively and efficiently the financial, human and material resources, Proudly champion the Home, promoting and marketing its calibre of care, Inspiring leadership and motivation of the staff team, driving a positive culture where individuals are supported to achieve their best.
What you'll bring: Nursing qualification. Strong, supportive and clear leadership skills, team working skills and staff management experience, Previous, recent experience in management of elderly Nursing Homes, Good networking and interpersonal skills along with a highly customer focused approach, Business and commercially focused attitude, Good understanding and experience of CQC and CHC standards, Assertive, proactive, energetic, motivated and positive approach along with exceptional organisation skills
