Independent - Non-Denominational

WEEKLY ATTENDANCE: 550

Meet the Church

This independent, non-denominational church has a rich history of over a century of ministry and has grown into a thriving, regional congregation. What began as a small church plant has become a dynamic community of faith that welcomes people from surrounding towns and neighborhoods. The mission has remained steady: to love God, love people, and make disciples who live out the gospel in everyday life.

The church gathers in a modern facility designed for worship and ministry, with dedicated space for reaching and discipling the next generation. Led by a collaborative team of five full-time pastors, supported by staff, elders, deacons, and dedicated volunteers, this is a community where shared leadership and servant-hearted ministry define the culture.

With a legacy of planting churches both locally and globally, the church continues to partner with ministries around the world to advance Christ’s mission. It is a place for those who feel called to be part of a growing, Christ-centered congregation that values authenticity, outreach, and discipleship. For leaders and team members alike, it offers both a strong foundation and exciting opportunities for Kingdom impact.

Why You'll Love this Role

This is an exciting season of momentum and opportunity. The church has launched a major capital campaign, expanded facilities for next-generation ministry, and celebrated record baptisms. With a strong emphasis on global missions, community impact, and creating spaces where people encounter Jesus, this role offers the chance to lead a thriving, Christ-centered congregation into its next chapter. If you’re passionate about preaching the Word, equipping leaders, and inspiring people to take their next step with Jesus, this could be the place for you.

What it's like to live in the Northeast

Life in this community strikes a rare balance—quiet, open spaces paired with easy access to nearby urban centers. Just a short drive brings you to the heart of a major city, while home offers rolling countryside, wooded trails, and a sense of neighborly connection. Families appreciate the range of educational opportunities, from strong public and private schools to faith-based options, and weekends often center around outdoor adventures—whether that’s hiking scenic trails, fishing or kayaking local rivers, or spending time along the coast.

With farmers’ markets, local dining spots, and shopping conveniences close by, it’s a place that feels grounded yet connected to the wider region.

At the center of community life is a thriving, non-denominational church committed to helping people grow in faith. In recent years, the congregation has more than doubled, fueled by vibrant worship, strong children’s and student ministries, active small groups, and practical outreach. Its heartbeat is simple but powerful: to love God, love people, and guide others in taking their next steps with Jesus. Whether you’re new to the area or have long called it home, this is a place where you can belong, find hope, and be part of something that truly makes a difference.
