Meet Entrepreneurial Leaders Organization (ELO)
The Entrepreneurial Leaders Organization (ELO) Network is a global community dedicated to connecting, equipping, and celebrating Christian marketplace and entrepreneurial leaders. Founded in 2005 by Dr. Richard (Rick) J. Goossen, the organization provides a platform where CEOs, senior executives, and business owners can integrate their faith with their professional pursuits. By fostering a network of like-minded individuals, ELO aims to help leaders find greater meaning in their work and increase their capacity for positive impact in the world.
ELO offers a variety of high-level programs designed for professional and personal growth, most notably its annual ELO Forums and the ELO Oxford Leadership Program. The Forums are held annually in Vancouver, Winnipeg, and Toronto, and have been held occasionally in other cities such as Hong Kong and Singapore. The Forums bring together experts and practitioners to share insights on innovation and leadership. Additionally, there is an annual, one-week executive education experience called the “ELO Oxford Leadership Program.” The program provides an intensive, week-long learning experience where participants engage with world-class scholars and peers to sharpen their entrepreneurial skills within a Christian framework.
Beyond its events, the ELO Network serves as a resource hub through its Peer Advisory Groups, consulting services, and digital content. These advisory groups allow leaders from non-competing industries to meet regularly for mutual accountability and strategic coaching. Through its blog, webinars, and podcasts, the network continuously disseminates thought leadership on topics ranging from business governance to the intersection of theology and entrepreneurship, ensuring that its members remain both spiritually grounded and professionally competitive.
