OBGYN Physician

Compensation: $210,000 - $230,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a dedicated OBGYN Physician to join our client’s healthcare team in Carmel, Indiana. This role focuses on providing comprehensive women’s health care, including patient assessments, diagnoses, preventive care, and treatment. You will collaborate with mid-level providers and specialists to ensure high-quality care for patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Care: Provide medical services to pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients, including well-woman exams and gynecological assessments.
• Patient Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct thorough patient histories, identify health concerns, and make accurate diagnoses to guide treatment.
• Medical Management: Prescribe medications, explain treatment plans, and ensure accurate medical documentation.
• Health Education: Educate patients on chronic disease management, prenatal care, family planning, and preventive health measures.
• Referrals & Collaboration: Coordinate specialist referrals and follow-up care to ensure seamless patient management.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and provide guidance to mid-level providers, participate in case management and peer reviews, and offer technical support.

Qualifications:

• Education: Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Active Indiana Medical License and Board Certification required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in OB/GYN or women’s health.
• Skills: Strong diagnostic, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse patient needs effectively.
