Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Dermatology

Compensation: $160K–$180K per year + full benefits, relocation/sign-on bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Eastern Montana

Our client is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing medical team serving a welcoming community in Eastern Montana. This is an excellent opportunity to practice a wide range of dermatologic care in a supportive, patient-centered environment while contributing to the development of a new specialty service line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dermatologic care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic skin conditions.
  • Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on preventive skin care, sun safety, and healthy skin habits.
  • Collaborate with supervising dermatologists and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to program development initiatives and participate in quality improvement efforts related to dermatologic services.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Active Montana license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Minimum of 1 year of dermatology experience required.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient education skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
