  • Practice in alignment with facility medical guidelines, which utilize higher-level regional networks for specialized, medically necessary complex care and elective transfer procedures.
  • Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely electronic medical records for all outpatient clinic visits, surgical cases, and deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
  • Successful completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency program
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Active, unrestricted Illinois state medical license (or immediate eligibility to obtain)

  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset optimized to collaborate with both hospitalists and mid-level providers

Benefits:

  • High-upside earning potential through production bonuses paid on all RVU output exceeding the base guarantee
  • Eligible for an annual quality incentive up to 10% of your base salary (capped at $50,000) upon meeting baseline metrics once your practice is fully established
  • Competitive, standard sign-on and long-term retention bonus structures
  • 33 days of annual paid time off plus 5 dedicated CME days
  • $6,000 annual CME allowance, with all professional state license fees and renewals completely covered
  • Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance provided
  • Fully paid medical malpractice insurance coverage, including complete tail coverage at no cost to you
  • High-end health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance policies
  • Extremely competitive retirement plan with robust employer-funded contributions
