Senior Project Manager

Location: Greater Miami Area

Schedule: Full-time

Compensation: $250K – $275K per year

A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep expertise in construction management, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Design: Collaborates with architects and engineers to develop plans, establish project scope, and ensure construction feasibility. 
• Budget & Cost Control: Creates and manages project budgets, performs cost estimates, and monitors spending to prevent overruns. 
• Scheduling & Timeline Management: Develops and manages project timelines, creates work schedules, and tracks progress to meet deadlines. 
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaises with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors, providing regular progress reports and managing client relationships. 
• Resource Management: Coordinates the procurement of materials, equipment, and tools, and manages the allocation of labor and subcontractors. 
• Risk Management: Identifies potential project risks and develops strategies to mitigate them. 
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensures projects meet quality standards, adheres to safety protocols, and complies with building codes and regulations. 

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in the construction industry
• 15+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven success managing multimillion-dollar projects from concept to completion
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software and construction scheduling tools
