Nurse Manager – Operative Services (OR Manager / Surgical Services Manager)
Location: Kingman, KS
Compensation: $65,000–$95,000 per year (based on experience) + relocation and/or sign-on bonus potential

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and long-term planning for Surgical Services and Operative Care areas.
- Supervise and develop nursing staff, promoting teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership in the absence of the department director.
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor, offering guidance in complex cases and challenging situations.
- Coordinate staffing schedules and call rotations, ensuring adequate coverage and continuity of care.
- Enforce hospital policies and procedures across Surgery and Sterile Processing Departments.

Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kansas (clear/valid).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Surgical Staff RN, including supervisory or charge experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
