Primary Care Physician

Compensation: Starting salary of $200,000 annually, increasing to $350,000 annually upon reaching a full patient panel

Job Type: Monday–Friday, outpatient only, limited call, 200 patient-facing days per year

A well-established, physician-led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its growing team in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
• See 8–10 patients per day
• Oversee care with a dedicated support team
• Share equal call responsibility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts
• Ensure accurate documentation
• Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited stateside U.S. medical school (MD or DO)
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active and unrestricted NC medical license.
• 3 to 20 years of dedicated primary care experience is required.
• A compassionate, relationship-driven approach to medicine with an interest in preventative health and wellness

Compensation Overview

• Earning Structure: Compensation begins at the base entry tier upon hire and scales directly to the maximum annual salary tier upon reaching a full patient panel, offering a clear and transparent milestone progression.
