HVAC Controls Sales & Service Technician

Compensation: $38 - $48 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Seeking a Controls Technician with strong technical and sales skills to grow client relationships and promote services in an assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships while identifying opportunities for new work.
• Promote and support various building automation and HVAC solutions.
• Assist in planning and overseeing projects to ensure quality results.
• Work with internal teams to deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs.
• Help manage timelines, resources, and overall project progress.
• Provide general technical support to clients and team members.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and help prepare estimates.
• Stay informed on industry trends and evolving technologies.

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of general engineering principles and related technical concepts.
• Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail.
• Experience with PLCs is helpful but not required.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and support internal teams with problem-solving.
• Capable of creating test plans, participating in testing, and reviewing results.
• Valid driver’s license and openness to local travel.
