Pediatrician

Compensation: $200K-$300K

Job Type: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.

Our client, a top-rated health system in Georgia, is seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough exams for newborns and young children, tracking growth and development.
• Evaluate and diagnose sick children, gathering detailed information about symptoms.
• Develop treatment plans based on medical knowledge and patient history.
• Prescribe medications and provide clear administration instructions.
• Order and interpret lab tests to assess for infections or abnormalities.
• Administer vaccines according to government guidelines.
• Treat injuries and refer patients to specialists as needed (e.g., surgeons, ophthalmologists, orthopedists).
• Educate parents on nutrition, exercise, and preventive healthcare for children.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Stay current with pediatric advancements through seminars and conferences.

Job Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Licensed to practice in Georgia
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
