Litigation Attorney
Location: Roseland, NJ
Compensation: $170,000–$225,000 per year (based on experience) + discretionary bonus and merit-based increases

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception through resolution, with a focus on commercial, healthcare, and employment disputes.
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and briefs.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and administrative hearings.
- Develop and implement litigation strategies that align with client objectives.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to process improvements within the department.
- Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to support cross-functional legal needs.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring clarity and responsiveness throughout each case.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the New Jersey Bar required; New York Bar admission preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum 7 years of litigation experience, including first- or second-chair trial and/or arbitration experience.
- Strong writing, advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and sound legal judgment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex cases independently.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Experience in healthcare or employment litigation highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
