Schedule: Flexible — 5 days × 8 hours or 4 days × 10 hours

Compensation: Base salary transitioning to productivity/percentage model; strong long-term earning potential

Our Client is in search of a general Dermatologist. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site opportunity offering exceptional autonomy, a collegial physician culture, and strong long-term income potential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologic conditions
• Perform dermatologic procedures including biopsies, excisions, and surgical interventions as appropriate
• Collaborate with internal specialists to support seamless diagnostic and treatment workflows
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care consistent with practice standards
• Contribute to a collegial, collaborative physician environment focused on long-term professional growth

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Completion of an accredited dermatology residency program
• Board certification or board eligibility in Dermatology
• Valid and unrestricted state medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong clinical skills across the full spectrum of dermatologic conditions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education abilities
