Our Client, an clinic in Brooklyn is in search of a Medical Assistant for a full time day shift position.

Responsibilities:

• Support healthcare providers in delivering patient care.
• Perform basic medical tasks, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and collecting specimens.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and current medical records.
• Assist with medical administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient data.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe medical environment.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Compassionate, patient-focused care and excellent customer service skills.
