Behavioral Health Provider

Compensation: Competitive; based on experience (please inquire for details)

Job Type: Full-time, No weekends. Exempt.

Location: Marion, Ohio

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), LPCC, or Psychologist to join a team-based community health center providing integrated behavioral health services within a primary care setting. This role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive mental health care to vulnerable and underserved populations in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic mental health assessments upon referral from primary care providers
• Deliver brief, solution-focused behavioral health interventions within the primary care setting
• Provide individual and group therapy focused on mental health maintenance and treatment of mental health conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care
• Participate in health center committees and outreach activities as appropriate
• Perform additional duties within scope of licensure to support high-quality patient care
• Work with general supervision while independently managing routine responsibilities

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (M.A.) in a Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work)
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience
• Licensed in the State of Ohio as a LISW, LSW, LPCC, or Psychologist
• Strong clinical and case management skills
