As part of its continued growth, Arrow Executive Sales is seeking an adaptable and commercially minded ICT Business Analyst to support the evolution of its CRM ecosystem, operational workflows and digital transformation initiatives.
Position Overview
The ICT Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting business transformation initiatives through the analysis, implementation and optimisation of CRM platforms, operational systems and business processes.
This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, systems implementation, workflow optimisation and operational transformation.
The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and stakeholders to identify business requirements, improve workflows, support implementation projects and contribute to scalable operational infrastructure across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
· Analyse existing business processes, workflows and operational systems
· Gather, document and translate business requirements into functional solutions
· Identify inefficiencies and recommend process and systems improvements
· Support CRM implementation, configuration and optimisation initiatives
· Assist with workflow automation, reporting and operational visibility
· Coordinate integrations between business systems and digital platforms
· Produce workflow documentation, process maps and operational procedures
· Liaise with internal stakeholders, external providers and implementation partners
· Support project delivery, testing and continuous improvement initiatives
· Contribute to operational transformation and business scalability projects
Skills & Experience
· 5+ years of professional experience across CRM, business systems and operational transformation environments
· Strong understanding of CRM platforms and workflow-based systems
· Experience with business process analysis and operational transformation
· Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
· Ability to work across both strategic and hands-on implementation activities
· Experience working in consulting, recruitment or professional services environments is advantageous
Technical Exposure (Desired)
· CRM platforms (Salesforce, Membrain, HubSpot or similar)
· Exposure to Agile project delivery environments
· Workflow automation tools
· Reporting and dashboard platforms
· Business systems integration
