They’re searching for an energetic Business Development Manager to join the NSW sales team. If you’re a proven hunter with a solid foundation in B2B sales (bonus points if you know timber or building materials) and you’re hungry for a bigger stage, this is the move you’ve been waiting for.
What You'll Be Doing
- Hunting and securing new business with manufacturers, offsite construction and industrial markets.
- Helping customers choose the right materials with a solutions-focused approach.
- Building strong relationships in the manufacturing and industrial space.
- Strategically growing the NSW market with high-potential clients.
- Collaborating with a supportive team to ensure top quality service.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of proven sales hunting experience (building materials, construction or manufacturing is a huge plus).
- Industry knowledge and confidence to hold your own in technical product conversations.
- The communication skills to open doors, build trust and close deals.
- A self-starter with grit - someone who thrives on creating and converting opportunities.
- Strategic thinking to effectively own and maximise your territory.
