Sales Opportunity – Get Back to Selling & Earning More

Our client is a trusted wholesaler of timber and panel products, supplying manufacturers, offsite construction and industrial markets.

With strong supplier relationships and a solid reputation, they’re expanding in Victoria and need a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to help grow the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Hunting for new business, securing new clients and growing market share.
• Helping customers choose the right materials with a solutions-focused approach.
• Building strong relationships in the manufacturing and industrial space.
• Strategically growing the VIC market with high-potential clients.
• Collaborating with a supportive team to ensure top quality service.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of sales experience, with a knack for creating new business.
• A strong understanding of construction and manufacturing.
• Solid industry connections in manufacturing, offsite construction and civil.
• A consultative sales approach — build trust, solve problems, close deals.
• Willing to hit the road 80% of the time (occasional overnight stays).
