💰 $170K OTE | Competitive Base + Incentives + FMCV


Are you a sales professional who can grow revenue, build relationships, and uncover new opportunities?


We're working with a number of established businesses across Melbourne within building materials, manufacturing, construction products, hire and rental and wholesale distribution.


Most opportunities combine Account Management and Business Development, with a strong focus on growing existing customers, identifying new opportunities, launching new products, and winning new business. We're not hiring titles. We're hiring people who can maintain and grow revenue.


People who can successfully launch new products, not default to "it won't sell" or rely on discounting to win. We're looking for sales professionals who back themselves, take a consultative approach, sell on value, and are motivated to solve customer problems.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing existing customer relationships
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Launching and promoting new products and solutions
  • Building long-term partnerships based on value
  • Developing territory plans and maintaining a healthy pipeline
  • Leveraging CRM systems, AI, and technology to improve effectiveness
  • Driving sustainable revenue growth


What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Exposure to building materials, manufacturing, construction, wholesale or distribution
  • A track record of growing revenue, accounts, or market share
  • Confidence in winning new business and developing long-term relationships
  • A consultative, value-based sales approach
  • A positive growth mindset and willingness to embrace change
  • Openness to AI, technology, and modern selling techniques


You'll be able to demonstrate results, whether that's revenue generated, accounts expanded, margins protected, new business won, or consistent achievement against sales targets.
