What you'll be doing

  • Own and grow a long-term, valued client base across QLD and Northern NSW
  • Crack open industrial accounts across beef, poultry, seafood and food processing
  • Build a commercial base of butchers, delis and venues that keeps coming back
  • Own the full sales, guided by a proven, structured sales process built for success
  • Report weekly on pipeline, activity and conversion


What you bring

  • You're a field sales professional who owns their patch, manages their time independently and never stops looking for the next opportunity.
  • Proven B2B field sales - equipment, technical solutions or food manufacturing a head start
  • Confident cold caller with strong communication and stakeholder skills across all levels
  • Structured and process-driven, you work a territory, you don't just visit it
  • Technically curious, you ask good questions and understand what's upstream and downstream of the production line
  • Comfortable with 75% field time, at home on a factory floor as much as a boardroom
