The Opportunity


  • Take ownership of a high growth market segment, working closely with current and targeted builders across VIC
  • Manage a high turnover portfolio ripe with growth potential
  • Build deep relationships with your customers, and help them sell more, more often
  • Hunt and close new business within the distributor channel
  • Use HubSpot CRM and reporting tools to drive smarter decisions
  • Travel up to 2 nights/month in VIC.


Who You Are


  • An Account Manager or BDM, who understands project timeline of building and educating about the product.
  • Attitude is key, has to be a self starter and motivated, autonomous and has had this experience.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in building materials, trade supply or distribution
  • You run your patch with energy, accountability and a consultative approach
  • A proven hunter who builds pipeline, generates leads and closes with confidence
  • A confident communicator and natural coach, trusted by tradies, sales teams and decision-makers
  • You use data, insights and CRM to drive strategy and results
  • You show up with ideas, deliver quick wins and build momentum
