High-Impact Hunter (Outbound Sales Specialist – New Business) $125k OTE

About the business

Our strategic client is a fast-growing specialist in architectural door hardware within commercial construction, partnering with mid-tier and large builders. Their success comes from strong relationships, credibility, and making life easier for project teams.


Your day-to-day

  • You’ll make 20–30 outbound calls per day, combining proactive prospecting with existing builder relationships and warm project leads. Using tools like BCI and EstimateOne, you’ll identify and qualify projects, book meetings, and build a reliable pipeline.
  • You’ll engage Estimators, PMs, CAs and Construction Managers, then pass sales-ready opportunities to Account Managers.
